Salads just have long names. This one is Quinoa Salad with Pears, Spinach, and Chickpeas in a Maple Vinaigrette. I don't know what originally drew me to this salad but as I was making it I was thinking, "This is going to be super gross." I went through with it anyway and....I was wrong.
