Pasta Casserole

I met Giada De Laurentiis a few years back. I said "I don't know what to say" while she politely shook my hand, smiled and moved on to the next person:) I'm smooth like that. Anyway, I have two of her cookbooks and I do believe that I've enjoyed every recipe I've ever made from them.
