And...Pat!

Pat's birthday was the day after we got back from Philadelphia and I just noticed I totally neglected to mention it on the blog! Oooops. He went to work that day but we celebrated that night with a chicken parmigiana dinner and Chocolate Delight (Pat's request) for dessert. The kids made him "books" out of coloring pages they stapled together-one Angry Birds book and one Barbie book.

Chocolate Delight-For an extra degree of difficulty I made the chocolate pudding from scratch...it was a little soupy when we ate the dessert that night but perfect the next day!
