Owen's birthday was on a Friday so he had to start his day with school but we don't feel too bad for him since he's always home before 1! I made him some sprinkle pancakes when he got home and Pat brought him some mozzarella snacks then he took a nap before we went to dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse. We actually meant to go to Texas Roadhouse but got our restaurants confused! We owe Owen another dinner! Then we came home and had a very chocolatey cake (some would say too chocolatey...) and opened presents. Owen has been asking for years for a monitor and we finally got him one this year, he was very excited!
