Birthday/Baking

Bringing back our annual birthday/Christmas baking day! We missed last year when Paige got Covid so I was so happy we got to make it this year. We settled on making Ricciarelli, a chewy Italian almond cookie. It was so different and not a cookie that you could eat a lot of at once (maybe that's a good thing?) and I really liked it! We had pizza and salad and got to celebrate my mom and play games and I laughed until I cried at least three times, just what I needed!
