Mint! Oregano!

I can check off more of my spices! This eggplant is coated with a mint and oregano marinade. Initially it tasted really good, but the more I ate the less I wanted. Owen wouldn't even taste it and Pat was glad to hear that I had made it when he wasn't home so he didn't have to try it. Apparently I'm the only adventurous eater in this house!
