My hair was long overdue for a cut and color and I don't feel comfortable doing either thing myself so I went to a salon. The covid numbers started to rise the week before the appointment and I almost cancelled because a haircut seemed a silly thing to take a big risk on! I ended up checking in with a couple people and it seemed actually like a not totally unsafe option given the single room with no other customers and assuming I could trust the hairdresser. I'm just glad to have it over with. Let's hope it lasts!
