Muffin!

I bought sour cream for a recipe and couldn't remember which one it was for so I decided to use it for some Coffee Cake Muffins With Streusel! They tasted great and were everybody's choice for snacks that day too. Changes I made: mixed it by hand instead of hauling out the mixer, halved the amount of sugar in the batter, used approx. 1/4 cup of butter instead of 1/3 in the batter, didn't use all the streusel. We'll definitely make these again!
