My mileage has fallen steeply since I finished the marathon but I'm ok with that! Mentally I needed a break from actual training and needed to just enjoy running. And the good news is that I have found out that I miss it when I don't get out so I didn't get burned out. Pat and I have been working on speed on the weekends and I'm now that I'm a month out from the race I'm ready to up my mileage a bit.
