Owen has been adding a little bit of running in on days he doesn't have soccer practice or games. Mostly he runs with his friend Adam, around the block, passing our house four or five times before they wander in for some water, Fortnight and maybe dinner. I convinced Owen to run in the park with me the other day though, and I had so much fun hanging out with him! He wanted to break away from the paved path to try a trail so I also got to try a place I hadn't been before! He's not quite used to hillwork yet though:)
