Michigan!I

We went to Michigan over the weekend to attend Pat's godmother's marriage celebration. It was a great party with great food and it was nice to see some people we hadn't seen in awhile. The next day we visited Pat's grandma. The kids had so much fun visiting her and meeting her dog that Paige announced she wanted to stay because it was so nice there! 

Paige was very excited about her My Little Pony coloring book

Owen looks a little less excited about his 50 states book but that could be because his pen wasn't working very well. Or it was because he found an error in it. Lincoln was listed as the capital for the wrong state and he totally caught it. Super impressive!

It's always hard to calm down for bedtime when you're in a hotel and Paige was being super cute-singing us lots of bedtime songs (which drove Owen crazy!)

The kids loved the dog.
